Pacific Instruments, Inc. Warrants these products against defect in material or workmanship for the time periods and set forth below. Pursuant to this limited Warranty, Pacific instruments, as its options (I) repair the products or (ii) replace with new products.

Term: Tools are guaranteed defect free for a period of 90 days. Excepted are blades and jaws, which are subject to wear. Damage caused by mishandling or accident also is not covered. Pacific Instruments shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage.

Instructions: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the products, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging.

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
